İZGÖREN&AKIN’ s operations have four main areas;

1) Corporate Services; we give training and consultancy services based on the needs of companies, organizations, intuitions with a wide range of different sectors and different scopes such as world wide international companies to national firms, government organizations or non governmental international bodies. 2) 3b E-learning Solutions: “Ladybird is on your screen”. Both individuals and organizations have the chance to gain the knowledge that we produced since 1996 from our totally independent platform. 3b solutions is a training set including practical information that you can use in your daily life and in business life and can put into practice easily. 3b individual and institutional solutions provide the following opportunities for development:

• Whenever you like; independent of time,
• Wherever you like; independent of place,
• Without having to re-pay each time you use the training program; independent of charge,

How to use?

It is quite easy and practical to use the product. It has three steps:

• Watching training VCDs,
• Reading related documents,
• Solving the subject-related test via the internet.

If you complete these steps and become successful according to the evaluation system, your certificate will be posted to you by İZGÖREN&AKIN.

3) Open-House Training Programs: If you are looking for practical and theoretical information together, for understanding the real business life, for your career development, İZGÖREN&AKIN’s open house training programs is just for you. All our instructors have real business life experience, in order to give different aspects of the issues, based on practical knowledge. Our weekly programs start 18:30 to 21:30, Monday to Friday. At weekends different programs have different time schedule. Please see the training topics mentioned below.

4) Turkey Ladybird Project: This is the social responsibility project of İZGÖREN&AKIN. The motto is “ We are coming to spread the light of the knowledge.” The aim of the Project is to make people open to communication, creative, reliable, honest, have a sense of entrepreneurship and have the spirit of struggle. To reach this goal, to objectives are;

Ø To organize personal development seminars for free.

Ø To provide knowledge to young people who do not have enough opportunity to reach it.

Ø To help young people have the spirit of initiative and be a model for them.

Ø To help the personal development of people working in the project and of those provided with knowledge.

We as İZGÖREN&AKIN is running a train the trainer program for university students that who want to be volunteer trainers. After this programs the volunteers run training programs on the values of the project.
